I said I would keep up "Cocktails of Quarantine" until we got vaccinated. And now we've been vaccinated!! Yay! This is "Silver Wings". Tequila, creme de violette, cherry liqueur, and lavender syrup with edible flower ice cubes and dried orange/candied violet garnish. Very apt as we hope that we can take flight before too long! #cocktailsofquarantine #silverwings #eastercocktails

2 oz Patrón Silver
.5 oz Maraschino liqueur
.5 oz Lime juice
.25 oz Giffard Creme de Violette
.25 oz Monin Lavender Syrup

Garnish: Dried orange slice and candied violet.

Build ice cubes with edible flower petals. 

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into rocks glass and add flower ice cubes. Garnish with dried orange slice and candied violet.

Now sit back and wait another three months until everyone gets the vaccine!
