The trouble with a martini is that you always want another. And then you don't care about food. And I LOVE food. Lychee martini, friends. Just have one. Then cook some Asian- ish food.And remember to thank Dr Tam and the WHO for their advice during the pandemic.

Ingredients
2 oz gin
capful vermouth
1/2 oz lychee syrup
Garnishnsh with peeled and pitted lychee or longan fruits.
Put all ingredients over ice in shaker and shake until very cold. Pour into cocktail glass, garnish and serve.
