Just got my fabulous cocktails and savouries cookbook from @freepourjennys. "Cold Spell". Not that cold today but some magic spells are in order these days. Here's little riff on the Yukon Corpse Reviver with @ungava.gin and homemade fireweed bitters, garnished with crowberries and accompanied by peppery cheese crisps.

Ingredients 1/8 oz absinthe 3/4 oz Ungava Gin 3/4 oz cointreau 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice Lime slice and dried northern berries. Add absinthe to rocks glass. Swirl to coat inside of glass, then discard absinthe. Shake remaining ingredients in shaker with ice and strain over fresh ice in rocks glass.
