Jalapeno G &T

This Jalapeno G&T is apparently not to everyone's liking. Not at all sweet and pretty spicy. Kind of a wake-up call. More people should try it and WAKE UP. It's not time to go back to the way things were.

Quarantine Day 45

Ingredients

1.5 oz gin

Jalapeno, seeds removed, sliced 

.5 oz simple syrup

Cilantro

Tonic

Cherry tomato for garnish

Muddle two slices jalapeno and a sprig of cilantro in bottom of shaker. Add gin, ice and simple syrup to shaker and shake vigorously. Layer fresh ice ad remaining jalapeno in highball glass. Add gin mix and top with tonic. Garnish with cilantro sprigs and cherry tomato on skewer.
