Canadian Whiskey Sour

Canadian Whiskey Sour plus bacon-guacamole on bread. I know my father in law wasn't thinking "coronavirus refuge" when he built this place, but hey. Thanks Pops. This is the best hideout ever.


March 22 Quarantine Day 15

Ingredients

2 oz northern Harvest Rye
1/2 oz maple syrup
egg white
Angostura Bitters

Shake all ingredients in shaker without ice and shake vigorously for a good 30 seconds for egg white to froth. Add ice and shake again. Pour over fresh ice in rocks glass.

I don't know where these glasses came from. My brother-in-law provided them. Maybe his dad won them at a bonspiel.
