Ingredients1 oz brandy
1/2 oz Slafstrunk Kittel
1/2 oz rum arrange (rum that has been infused with orange rind and a cinnamon stick for at least 3 months)
1/2 oz spruce syrup
pickled spruce tip
Spruce syrup: Pick a couple of small clean fir branches. Wash thoroughly and strip all needles into a saucepan. Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Let steep 1 hour ad the strain. Add 1 cup water ad bring to a boil. Pour into glass jar and store in fridge up to 3 weeks.
Shake all ingredients in shaker with ice and strain over fresh ice in rocks glass. Garnish with pickled spruce tip.
