Bacon Raisin Mimosa

Ingredients

1 oz bacon washed bourbon*

Champagne

Brandy soaked raisins

Garnish: bacon slice

* Put 6 slices smoky bacon in a jar. Cover with bourbon. Any quality will do.  Put in freezer for three hours. Remove bacon and strain bourbon into bottle. Will keep for 2 weeks in your fridge. Microwave the bacon and use as garnish.

Method

Add raisins to champagne flute. Add bourbon. Top with champagne. Garnish and serve.
