Ingredients

2 oz gin
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
egg white
4 raspberries

Garnish: 2 raspberries

Method

Muddle raspberries in bottom of shaker. Add all other ingredients and dry-shake. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain through Hawthorne strainer. Garnish and serve.
