Ingredients

1 oz Tempo dry gin

1 oz Odd Society Bittersweet Vermouth

.25 oz Benedictine

2 dashes Lem Marrakesh Bitters from Okanagan Spirits

Garnish:Lemon peel

Method

Add all ingredients to shaker. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Pour into chilled coup. Express lemon peel over top to release oils and add to the glass.
