Oaxacanite

Ingredients

1 oz tequila
1 oz mezcal
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.75 oz honey syrup
3 dashes Moondog Bitters from Okanagan Spirits

Garnish: Grapefruit twist which I didn't have so I used cilantro

Method

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish and serve.
